Posie: Rosy Little Things is my small, ever-changing collection of handmade one-of-a-kind handbags, accessories, crochetwear, patterns, plush toys, flower pins, aprons, and original art, among other whims and whatever happens to strike my fancy.

I began selling my designs in 2000 when I started embroidering custom monograms and other silk-ribbon-decorated and appliquéd items, and sold them in boutiques all along the West Coast.

In 2003 I discontinued my wholesale business in order to focus exclusively on developing my own web site. I also became co-owner of Ella Posie, a Portland, Oregon, boutique that featured dozens of unique, handmade, vintage-inspired product lines in addition to my own.

But by the summer of 2006, after spending most of my hours working at the boutique, I was really missing my studio. So Ella Posie closed its doors, and I went back to my studio to focus on my own work again. I now update my site with new, one-of-a-kind items as frequently as I can, and am working to develop more patterns and kits for 2008.
